During Covid-19 the world was on lockdown and everything stopped. When the lockdown was lifted, people were still hesitant to go out and return to their everyday lives. One of the biggest impacts that Covid had was peoples mental and physical health and not being able to go to the gym. Elite custom fitness saw this as an opportunity to rebrand itself and get people back in the gym and take there health back from the break that Covid caused.
